Who We Are

We’re a family who loves Jesus and loves people. We get to live that out in four amazing ways: building families, transforming communities, reconciling cultures, and impacting nations. 

Here, you matter. Your family matters. And the world around you, overflowing with people with unique cultures and stories…they matter too. 

Each week, we get to do life with some of the coolest people that make up our multigenerational and multiethnic family on a mission to go into all the world and make disciples. Whether it’s our neighbors around the corner or our friends across the world—the goal is the same, and it all starts with love!

Our Campus Pastors

Chris and Lisa Frith

Campus Pastors
Chris and Lisa Frith are the Lead Pastors of Victory Hamilton Mill, serving the campus since September 2021. Victory Hamilton Mill was launched in 2010 and quickly expanded to open its 700-seat sanctuary, café, and an expanded ministry space in January 2014. Through weekend services, small groups, youth and children’s ministries, outreaches and events, we’re excited to see God transform lives in this community every week.

Chris and Lisa Frith are excited to serve at Victory Church and have the awesome opportunity to connect more deeply with the Hamilton Mill community carrying a deep desire to serve and care for the people around them.

Founding Pastors Dennis and Colleen Rouse began what was then known as Victory Christian Center in 1989 with a Bible study in their apartment home. Since then, their vision for bridging the gap between cultures as well as leading others to becoming disciples of Jesus Christ has become a reality. Now Victory Church has branched into multiple church campuses, plus missions worldwide!

Recently, the torch was passed to Senior Pastors Johnson and Summer Bowie, who have faithfully served the people of Victory Church for 20 years in various capacities, to lead the ministry and move forward in God’s vision for Victory of transforming communities, impacting nations, building families and reconciling cultures!
