Pause

Today, let’s pause and celebrate Jesus—who He is and what He’s done for us!

Worship along to the song “No Other Name but Jesus” by Victory House Worship, and thank Him for choosing to come to earth and bear the cross for us.

“Therefore God exalted him to the highest place
and gave him the name that is above every name,
that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow,
in heaven and on earth and under the earth,
and every tongue acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord,
to the glory of God the Father.” – Philippians 2:9-11 NIV

Matthew 7:13-14 NIV

“Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it.”

Walk with God

As you reflect on Jesus’s words, ask the Holy Spirit to show you what “gate” you are walking through—the wide one or the narrow one?

Jesus was giving the crowd an invitation, and He is giving you an invitation: “Enter through the narrow gate.” He is the way, a narrow gate with abundant life on the other side! He is the one who made the road, and He won’t leave us to navigate it on our own. Thank Him for that today!

Scripture says that the gate that leads to life is small, and that few find it. Invite God to show you what you can you do to help others find that gate—to get to know Jesus and put their faith in Him.
