Next Generation Church
LUKE 5:36-39 NKJV
Then He spoke a parable to them: “No one puts a piece from a new
garment on an old one; otherwise the new makes a tear, and also the
piece that was taken out of the new does not match the old. And no
one puts new wine into old wineskins; or else the new wine will burst
the wineskins and be spilled, and the wineskins will be ruined. But
new wine must be put into new wineskins, and both are preserved.
And no one, having drunk old wine, immediately desires new; for he
says, ‘The old is better.’”

JOHN 8:1-11 NLT
Jesus returned to the Mount of Olives, but early the next morning he
was back again at the Temple. A crowd soon gathered, and he sat
down and taught them. As he was speaking, the teachers of religious
law and the Pharisees brought a woman who had been caught in the
act of adultery. They put her in front of the crowd. “Teacher,” they
said to Jesus, “this woman was caught in the act of adultery. The law
of Moses says to stone her. What do you say?” They were trying to
trap him into saying something they could use against him, but Jesus
stooped down and wrote in the dust with his finger. They kept
demanding an answer, so he stood up again and said, “All right, but
let the one who has never sinned throw the first stone!” Then he
stooped down again and wrote in the dust. When the accusers heard
this, they slipped away one by one, beginning with the oldest, until
only Jesus was left in the middle of the crowd with the woman. Then
Jesus stood up again and said to the woman, “Where are your
accusers? Didn’t even one of them condemn you?” “No, Lord,” she
said. And Jesus said, “Neither do I. Go and sin no more.”
Our Position:
• All of us are sinners in need of a Savior
• Jesus taught us to value everyone regardless of their sins
• Jesus taught us to have an attitude of humility and love
• You don’t have to compromise truth to love - Emphasizing a Kingdom culture over an earthly culture
GALATIANS 3:26-29 CEV
All of you are God’s children because of your faith in Christ Jesus.
And when you were baptized, it was as though you had put on Christ
in the same way you put on new clothes. Faith in Christ Jesus is what
makes each of you equal with each other, whether you are a Jew or a
Greek, a slave or a free person, a man or a woman. So if you belong
to Christ, you are now part of Abraham’s family, and you will be given
what God has promised. - Culture that emphasizes mission over attendance
4 Pillars of Victory:
- Building strong families
- Transforming communities
- Reconciling cultures
- Impacting nations
MATTHEW 5:13-16 NLT
“You are the salt of the earth. But what good is salt if it has lost its
flavor? Can you make it salty again? It will be thrown out and
trampled underfoot as worthless. You are the light of the world—like a
city on a hilltop that cannot be hidden. No one lights a lamp and then
puts it under a basket. Instead, a lamp is placed on a stand, where it
gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your good
deeds shine out for all to see, so that everyone will praise your
