Isaiah 9:6-7 NKJ
For unto us a Child is born, unto us a Son is given; and the
government will be upon His shoulder. And His name will be called
Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of
Peace. Of the increase of His government and peace there will be no
end, upon the throne of David and over His kingdom, to order it and
establish it with judgment and justice from that time forward, even
forever. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this.
Jesus the Everlasting Father:

  1. The Father of New Life
    Romans 8:12, 14-21 NKJ
Therefore, brethren, we are debtors—not to the flesh, to live
according to the flesh…For as many as are led by the Spirit of God,
these are sons of God. For you did not receive the spirit of bondage
again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption by whom we cry
out, “Abba, Father.” The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit
that we are children of God, and if children, then heirs—heirs of God
and joint heirs with Christ, if indeed we suffer with Him, that we may
also be glorified together. For I consider that the sufferings of this
present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall
be revealed in us. For the earnest expectation of the creation eagerly
waits for the revealing of the sons of God. For the creation was
subjected to futility, not willingly, but because of Him who subjected it
in hope; because the creation itself also will be delivered from the
bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God.
    2 Corinthians 5:17, 21 NKJ
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have
passed away; behold, all things have become new…For He made
Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the
    righteousness of God in Him.
  2. The Father of New Humility
    Philippians 2:3-11 NKJ
Let nothing be done through selfish ambition or conceit, but in
lowliness of mind let each esteem others better than himself. Let
each of you look out not only for his own interests, but also for the
interests of others. Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ
Jesus, who, being in the form of God, did not consider it robbery to be
equal with God, but made Himself of no reputation, taking the form of
a bondservant, and coming in the likeness of men. And being found
in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient
to the point of death, even the death of the cross. Therefore God also
has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every
name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in
heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, and that
every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of
    God the Father.
  3. The Father of New Purpose
    Isaiah 61:1-4 NKJ
“The Spirit of the Lord God is upon Me, because the Lord has
anointed Me to preach good tidings to the poor; He has sent Me to
heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the
opening of the prison to those who are bound; to proclaim the
acceptable year of the Lord, and the day of vengeance of our God; to
comfort all who mourn, to console those who mourn in Zion, to give
them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of
praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they may be called trees of
righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that He may be glorified.” And
they shall rebuild the old ruins, they shall raise up the former
desolations, and they shall repair the ruined cities, the desolations of
    many generations.
