Matthew 22:34-40 NLT
But when the Pharisees heard that he had silenced the Sadducees
with his reply, they met together to question him again. One of them,
an expert in religious law, tried to trap him with this question:
“Teacher, which is the most important commandment in the law of
Moses?” Jesus replied, “‘You must love the Lord your God with all
your heart, all your soul, and all your mind.’ This is the first and
greatest commandment. A second is equally important: ‘Love your
neighbor as yourself.’ The entire law and all the demands of the
prophets are based on these two commandments.”
LIFE is just one GIANT lesson in learning to LOVE!
The BEST use of my LIFE is to LOVE!
Uncommon Love:

  1. Uncommon love is the MARK of a true believer.
    1 John 4:20 GNT
If we say we love God, but hate others, we are liars. For we cannot
love God, whom we have not seen, if we do not love others, whom
    we have seen.
    Galatians 5:6 NIV
… The only thing that counts is faith expressing itself through love.
  2. Uncommon love COMPENSATES for SIN.
    1 Peter 4:8 NKJV
“And above all things have fervent love for one another, for “love will
    cover a multitude of sins.”
    John 8:7 NKJV
So when they continued asking Him, He raised Himself up and said
to them, “He who is without sin among you, let him throw a stone at
    her first.”
    John 8:10 NKJV
When Jesus had raised Himself up and saw no one but the woman,
He said to her, “Woman, where are those accusers of yours? Has no
    one condemned you?”
    James 5:20 NKJV
…let him know that he who turns a sinner from the error of his
way will save a soul from death and cover a multitude of sins.
  3. Uncommon love takes ACTION.
    1 Corinthians 13:4-8 NKJV
Love suffers long and is kind; love does not envy; love does not
parade itself, is not puffed up; does not behave rudely, does not seek
its own, is not provoked, thinks no evil; does not rejoice in iniquity,
but rejoices in the truth; bears all things, believes all things, hopes all
things, endures all things. Love never fails. But whether there
are prophecies, they will fail; whether there are tongues, they will
cease; whether there is knowledge, it will vanish away.
    1 John 4:8 NKJV
He who does not love does not know God, for God is love.
    1 Corinthians 14:1 AMPC
Eagerly pursue and seek to acquire [this] love [make it your aim, your
    great quest] …
  4. Uncommon love PURSUES.
    Luke 15:20 NKJV
“And he arose and came to his father. But when he was still a great
way off, his father saw him and had compassion, and ran and fell on
    his neck and kissed him.”
    Romans 8:35 NKJV
Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or
distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?
