God is stirring a fresh call to raise up the next generation of vocational ministers–pastors, missionaries, and administrators. 2026 is the year Victory launches this ministry school!

Who it’s for:

• Vocational ministers: Individuals preparing to give their full professional lives to ministry.

Goal for the Program:

A two-year, non-accredited program that equips primarily 20 to 35-year-olds with biblical foundations, practical ministry skills, spiritual formation, and hands-on experience across Victory campuses. Graduates will be equipped for:

• Ministry leadership roles
• Church administration roles
• Local and global mission assignments

*Contributions to this project will be used toward Victory’s Vision 2026 campaign. Any funds raised in excess of the amount needed, or that cannot be used as originally intended, will be used for similar or related purposes consistent with Victory Church’s mission, as determined by the Board of Directors. Total funds raised are updated weekly.
