Sermon Notes

1 John 5:14-15 NIV
This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask
anything according to his will, he hears us. And if we know that he
hears us—whatever we ask—we know that we have what we asked
of him.
Matthew 6:9-13 NKJ
In this manner, therefore, pray: Our Father in heaven, hallowed be
Your name. Your kingdom come. Your will be done on earth as it is in
heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as
we forgive our debtors. And do not lead us into temptation, but deliver
us from the evil one. For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the
glory forever. Amen.

Dynamics of Presence:

    Your name.

The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me to lie down
in green pastures; He leads me beside the still waters. He restores
my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness for His name’s
sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I
will fear no evil; for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they
comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my
enemies; You anoint my head with oil; My cup runs over. Surely
goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life; and I will
dwell in the house of the Lord forever.
