‘grace’ (charis): God’s empowerment that gives us the ability to go beyond our natural ability

1. Doesn’t own what he or she is responsible for
2. Carries authority to manage what has been entrusted
3. Is not micro-managed
4. Will give an account of how they used what was entrusted

As each one has received a gift (charisma), minister it to one another, as good stewards of the manifold grace (charis) of God.
