At Victory Church, we believe the Church of tomorrow depends on the leaders we develop today. We are committed to raising up the next generation of ministers who are deeply rooted in theological truth and skilled in practical application. Victory School of Ministry is designed for men and women who sense a call to full-time vocational ministry and desire to be equipped both spiritually and practically for a lifetime of service. It is for those who are ready to grow in their relationship with Jesus, develop as leaders, and invest intentionally in their calling.

By graduation, you will feel confident in your calling and equipped to excel in your area of ministry.

Yes. Many students will be balancing work, family, ministry, and other responsibilities while participating in the program. Victory School of Ministry is intentionally structured to provide meaningful ministry training while remaining realistic and sustainable for those with existing commitments.
Do I need an undergraduate degree to attend?
No, but a heart for people and the call of God to ministry is required.
What are the requirements for admission?
Applicants should have completed Discover Victory, be actively serving in a leadership role at Victory Church, and demonstrate a clear desire to grow in their calling, character, and ministry effectiveness. Admission decisions are based on readiness, spiritual maturity, leadership involvement, and alignment with the mission of Victory School of Ministry.
Do you offer scholarships?
Yes, scholarship assistance may be available for qualifying students and is awarded through an application process based on demonstrated financial need and available funding.
Will I be serving in ministry while enrolled?
Yes. Victory School of Ministry is designed to combine classroom learning with hands-on ministry experience. Students are expected to actively serve in a ministry area and apply what they are learning in a real ministry context throughout the program.
Is this an accredited university?
No, we are not currently an accredited college or a university.
Does completing Victory School of Ministry guarantee a job at Victory Church?
No. Victory School of Ministry is designed to equip and develop men and women for full-time vocational ministry, but graduation does not guarantee employment at Victory Church. The goal is to help students grow in their calling, character, and ministry effectiveness wherever God leads them.
