I AM A VOICE
I AM A VOICE
1) Jesus is indeed God.
2) He pulls people out of darkness into light.
3) He is full of Grace AND Truth.
“Believers go to church to hear the Word of God; disciples go to church to learn how to DO the Word of God.”
Pastor Dennis Rouse
John 1:1–8 NIV
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. In him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not understood it. There was a man sent from God whose name was John. He came as a witness to testify concerning that light, so that through him all might believe. He himself was not the light; he came only as a witness to the light. '
HOW TO USE MY VOICE AS A WITNESS
1. DETOX the Voice

John 1:19-22 NIV
Now this was John’s testimony when the Jewish leaders[a] in Jerusalem sent priests and Levites to ask him who he was. He did not fail to confess, but confessed freely, “I am not the Messiah.” They asked him, “Then who are you? Are you Elijah?”He said, “I am not.”“Are you the Prophet?”He answered, “No.” Finally they said, “Who are you? Give us an answer to take back to those who sent us. What do you say about yourself?”
Matthew 12:36 NIV

You don’t manufacture evangelism. You integrate it into the rhythms of your life.
THE EASTER ASK
“Come sit with me this Easter.”
“I’ve been thinking about you a lot lately — you should come to church with me!
“My life has been completely changed — I’d love for you to hear about it.”
Father — we receive this not as information — but as activation.
We confess that we have spent kingdom capital on things that don’t matter. We have been loud about everything and meaningful about nothing.
But today; we detox. We define. We develop. We deploy.
We are not the verdict. We are not the judge. We are not the closer. We are a voice. And we choose today — to point to Jesus. In every room. In every conversation. In every season. Not performing. Pointing. Lord — sanctify our voices. In Jesus’ name — Amen.
Maybe you made a decision to follow Jesus today, or maybe you’re curious what life with Him is all about. Wherever you are on your journey, we invite you to share with us so we can help you discover your next step.
