Day 7 – Why We Worship

Scripture 
John 4:23-24 CSB 
“But an hour is coming, and is now here, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in Spirit and in truth. Yes, the Father wants such people to worship Him. God is spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in Spirit and in truth.” 

Reflection 
Sit quietly with today’s scripture and let these questions guide your conversation with the Holy Spirit:  

  • Where is God inviting me to obey in a way that turns worship into a lived reality, rather than an activity? 
  • Where is God calling me to draw near with honesty and vulnerability, beyond rules or routines? 
  • How does a worship-filled life place my heart under God’s loving protection?
