PHILIPPIANS 3:10 AMPC
[For my determined purpose is] that I may know Him [that I may
progressively become more deeply and intimately acquainted with
Him, perceiving and recognizing and understanding the wonders of
His Person more strongly and more clearly], and that I may in that
same way come to know the power outflowing from His resurrection
[which it exerts over believers], and that I may so share His sufferings
as to be continually transformed [in spirit into His likeness even] to
His death, [in the hope] …
JOHN 1:1-5 NLT
In the beginning the Word already existed. The Word was with God,
and the Word was God. He existed in the beginning with God. God
created everything through him, and nothing was created except
through him. The Word gave life to everything that was created, and
his life brought light to everyone. The light shines in the darkness,
and the darkness can never extinguish it.
JOHN 1:10-13 NLT
He came into the very world he created, but the world didn’t
recognize him. He came to his own people, and even they rejected
him. But to all who believed him and accepted him, he gave the right
to become children of God. They are reborn—not with a physical birth
resulting from human passion or plan, but a birth that comes from
God.
JOHN 1:14 NIV
So the Word became human and made his home among us. He was
full of unfailing love and faithfulness. And we have seen his glory, the
glory of the Father’s one and only Son.
Truth: We are born in sin and separated from God.
Grace: “I have come to set you free of sin through My sacrifice on the
cross.”
His Presence Released 3 Major Things:

  1. An opportunity for a new life
    2 CORINTHIANS 5:17 NLT
This means that anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new
person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun!
  2. An opportunity to experience a new love
  3. An opportunity to walk in a new purpose
