We have some exciting news!

Randy and Cheri Cochran have faithfully served as campus pastors at our Hamilton Mill campus since 2019, and they’ve done an incredible job! In that time, God has made it clear that the gifts He has given them are most needed to help with global leadership of Victory. So, we’re stepping into a new season!

With 25 years of ministry experience and having served over the last year as our Executive Pastors of Youth and Young Adults, we’re very happy to announce Chris and Lisa Frith as the incoming Victory Hamilton Mill Campus Pastors! We’re so grateful to be a part of all God is doing to emancipate greatness in our congregation and on our leadership team.

Meet the Pastors

Chris and Lisa Frith are excited to serve at Victory Church and have the awesome opportunity to connect more deeply with the Hamilton Mill community. Known as relational leaders, they carry a deep desire to serve and care for the people around them. They intentionally work to identify, nurture, and launch those who are looking to ‘do the next thing’ in their walk with Christ. They want to see people become fully committed disciples and lead in their everyday sphere of influence.

With 25 years of full-time ministry experience, Chris and Lisa have a huge heart for the next generation. They carry a passion for building people, strengthening families, and bridging generations. They believe the local church should be a beautiful reflection of heaven in its multi-cultural representation, multi-generational presence, and multi-faceted community outreach. Chris and Lisa, along with their three kids, look forward to rooting and flourishing while building a culture of family at Victory Hamilton Mill!
