Meet The Pastors

Jeff and Pippa Hidden are the founding pastors of Victory Church in Acworth.

Jeff Hidden is a graduate of Oral Roberts University and has worked in ministry since 1988. Pippa has worked in ministry since graduating from Christ for The Nations in 1996.

Jeff and Pippa married in 1996 and traveled nationally and internationally for nine years before Victory Church in Norcross sent them out to start Victory North Church in 2005. In 2014, the Hiddens changed Victory North Church to Victory Church, as well.

Jeff and Pippa are proud parents of Moriah, Jessica, and Josiah. As pastors, they are passionate about seeing people of all cultures and walks of life get healed, equipped, loved, and propelled in Christ.

In January of 2022, Jeff and Pippa follow God’s leading to have Victory Church in Acworth become an official Victory Church campus under the leadership of Senior Pastors Johnson and Summer Bowie.

The Hiddens look forward to serving with the new Victory Church- North Cobb Campus Pastors, Darius and Melba Dunson.

Campus Pastors Darius and Melba Dunson have been married for 25 years and have had the joy of raising four beautiful children, DyTiesha Tionna, Temprance Grace, Imri Ryan and Elon Elijah.

They met while doing campus ministry at the University of West Georgia and were drawn to each other’s passion for the Lord. Serving God has been an intricate part of their life, as they have served in multiple facets of ministry for over two decades. Darius and Melba joined the Victory Church family in 2010 and most recently served as the Associate Campus Pastors of Victory Church’s Norcross campus.

The Dunsons have a heart to shepherd God’s people and see their lives transformed as they encounter the love of Jesus. Their passion is to live a life that reflects God’s power and see people grow into the fullness of what God has called them to be as His sons and daughters.

As a native of Marietta, Georgia, Darius has felt a burden to impact the North Cobb area with the gospel of Jesus Christ since 2011. He and Melba are humbled that God would align their burden with the work that He started through Jeff and Pippa Hidden in order to continue to reach the region. They are so excited to begin this next phase of their journey as the campus pastors of Victory Church – North Cobb.

Senior Pastors of Victory Church

Johnson and Summer Bowie are the Senior Pastors of Victory Church, overseeing all five campuses: Norcross, Hamilton Mill, Midtown, North Cobb and Online. Together, they have faithfully served the people of Victory Church for more than 20 years. They built a thriving young adult ministry prior to leading the staff and community of Victory Hamilton Mill where they spent 10 years as campus pastors. They also played a key leadership role in the development of the OneRace Movement, which exists to facilitate racial unity.

The Bowies provide spiritual leadership to members of the church through preparation of weekly sermons, preaching, teaching, providing pastoral guidance, and overseeing management of the Victory Church staff. They have had the honor of leading people of a variety of nationalities, ages, backgrounds and more.

Johnson and Summer are dedicated to building relationships within the Church and the community. They enjoy spending time with one another and their two sons, Jeremiah and Isaac. They currently reside in Lawrenceville, GA.
