Pastors Dennis and Colleen Rouse have always had a heart to help guide the next generation of leaders. One of the ways that they’ve felt led to do so is to host college courses at Victory, and that vision is coming to life! We’re so excited to announce our partnership with Southeastern University (SEU) in Lakeland, Florida! To kick off this exciting addition to Victory, our very own Pastor Dennis will be teaching the first accredited course titled: Organizational Leadership.
Organizational Leadership Course
Join Pastor Dennis in this exciting exploration of dynamic organizational principles. We will explore themes such as organizational change, management theory, planning and current leadership trends among other topics. This course is full of substance and wisdom. Are you desiring to grow in your understanding of leading teams, ministries or organizations? This 8-week course will equip and inspire you to lead on another level. You can audit the course for $75 or even receive college credit by signing up through Southeastern University.
