The Landing

Welcome to The Landing – Celebrate Recovery for Students!

The Landing is an all-new, ongoing weekly program that helps teenagers travel the path to freedom, healing, and wholeness. This dynamic ministry mirrors the content presented in the successful Celebrate Recovery program. We value Christ, confidentiality, and deep connections with others plus the occasional fun event to blow off some steam.

The Students:

6th-12th grade students come to The Landing when life gets crazy or they're ready to deal with the "craziness" of life. For some that means dealing with pain. For others, it could mean finding freedom from an addiction. Others might just be hung up on something they can't seem to move past. Whatever their reason is for coming, healing and freedom is their objective.

The Benefits:

The Landing provides an atmosphere that inspires:

  • Hope for all of the amazing things that God has planned
  • Trust from God's Word to overcome life’s challenges
  • Joy in a wonderful, year-long journey of worship, videos, learning experiences, laughter, and conversation
  • Friendship with other teens who will be a healthy, positive peer group

Registration:

There is no registration for The Landing. All teens are welcome. All you need to do is show up and sign in to receive a nametag.

The Program:

The Landing is a 52-week program that models Celebrate Recovery's one–year large group teaching schedule and curriculum. So while adults explore topics that bring healing and wholeness, teens discover the same truths in age appropriate ways! Families study the topics simultaneously and experience greater healing together.

The Schedule:

  • Every Monday night from 7-9:30pm (during the Celebrate Recovery service) located in the zone & multi-purpose rooms in our main building (V1).

  • During each night of The Landing the teens are involved in creative worship, large group teaching, and peer group sharing. Each night is finished out with café and recreation time.
