In this training, you will learn the essentials of leading a small group meeting. We will talk about group preparation, choosing curriculum, and how to develop leaders from within your group. This training is for new and current V-Group leaders.

V•Group Leadership Training  - Developing the Heart of a Shepherd

Current V-Group leaders, come learn about developing a heart of a shepherd towards your group. This interactive session will provide information about small group dynamic techniques and caring for individual small group members. You will walk away with strategies to strengthen your V-Group.

V•Group Leadership Training  - The Art of Listening and Asking Effective Questions

Current V•Group leaders are also encouraged to take this training designed to equip the leader with the skills needed to listen carefully and ask effective questions about what they are hearing. The ultimate goal is to provide tools for the leader to sharpen their interpersonal skills and provide a safe place for ministry to happen that enables others to express what is happening on the heart level and not just the head level.
