To check in the more than 1,000 children we serve every weekend, we provide a computerized Touch-screen Check-in System. Once registered in our system (Touch-Screen Sign-up Form,) you will be able to utilize the many touch-screens conveniently located in the Children's Welcome Center areas in both the East and West Wings of our main building (V1), and in the hallway of the Elementary Building (V3), for a quick and seamless check-in.

Simply enter the last four digits of your phone number, select your child, and click check-in. The children that you click for check-in will print at the printer beside the touch-screen. You will receive 3 printed name tag's per child and one that is identical to the tag that is placed on your child. For the safety and security of your child, please keep this name tag, as you MUST present it to your child's teacher to pick them up after service. If you lose your tag, you will be required to show a photo ID. After your name tags have printed, please step aside to place the tags on your children and their belongings. This will allow parents behind you to access the touch-sreen and keep the flow moving toward the classes. (PLEASE NOTE: Once registered, all of your children, regardless of their age or the location of their class, can be checked in at one time from a single Touch-Screen. Each child that you check in at that location will print a name tag. If you have children that will be in both buildings and will check in at V1 or V3 only click the child that is present with you.)

Check-in opens 30 minutes before service and closes 30 minutes after service begins. Only adults (18 years of age and older) are permitted to check in or register children. Once check-in is closed, we do not accept any more children, unless you are a first-time visitor (*reference visitor section below). Should you arrive after this, you will need to keep your children with you and sit in our Family Room, located in the lower level of V1, or utilize our other Overflow areas.

Should your child need you for any reason during the worship service, we will flash his/her name on the screens in all of the viewing areas. If your child’s name does appear, please go immediately to his/her classroom. Upon presenting your matching name tag, the Children’s Ministry staff will allow you to tend to the needs of your child.

*ALL VISITORS should stop by any of our Children's Welcome Center (CWC) desks, located in the areas referenced above. There we will manually check your child into their classroom, and (if requested) provide you with a Touch-Screen Sign-up Form, so that upon subsequent visits, you will be able to utilize our Touch-Screens for a faster check-in.
