The Connection Team is a ministry of people who are passionate about helping new members to connect with the Victory family. This team disciples new members as they become involved in V-Groups and serving in the church. Through developing relationships with new members, the Connections Team makes the membership process more comfortable and enjoyable. If you love people and have a heart to see them connect to the VWC family, then we need you!!!

Connections Team

Connections Coaches
Assimilate 2 new members for 3 months: following up with them so they get plugged into a V•Group and serving in a ministry.

Call Back Team
Call people requesting calls from the Connection Cards and direct people to the ministry or leader they may need (Ancient Paths, Counseling, V•Groups, etc.).

New Members Services

AV (Acess Victory) Class Facilitation Team
Facilitate the Access Victory Membership Class and explain the membership process.

AV Class Registration Team
Assist in creating a welcoming environment, set-up for class and be available to answers questions new members may have.

Administrative Team
Availability during the week, place reminder calls to new members for class and One-On-One and assist with data entry and filing.
