Uptown Atlanta

Metro Atlanta Masters Commission hits the streets of Atlanta, reaching out to people through a ministry called Uptown Atlanta. The focus of this ministry is evangelism and prophetic worship on the city streets using a live band, as well as intercession, evangelism, prophetic, and healing teams.

Uptown takes place on the street corner of Peachtree and Edgewood, Woodruff Park, in the city of Atlanta. Come out and join us for a night of worship!

Cares Apartment Life Ministry

Do you have a heart for the Lord and a desire to use your talents for the kingdom of God? Do you love to have fun, meet new people, and plan social events? If so, then we are seeking people just like you!

CARES by Apartment Life is a powerful outreach ministry which places Christian married couples or two singles of the same gender into apartment communities, for the purpose of spreading the love of Christ. Victory World Church is partnering with Apartment Life to establish a program which will place people from VWC into apartment communities to minister, share the gospel, and connect these people to our church.

Each CARES team receives a free apartment in exchange for committing 20 hours per week (as a team) of ministry to the community. CARES teams will work closely with the apartment complex staff, welcome new residents, plan events, reach out to the community, and support residents in their time of spiritual need.

Nocross Cooperative Ministry - Job Ministry

Norcross Cooperative Ministry offers a Job Ministry program which encourages, supports and empowers those who are currently unemployed or underemployed. Through job search assistance, guidance and job leads, NCM’s Job Ministry seeks to provide help and encouragement during difficult times. Our prayer is that, through God’s strength and our help, clients find the support they need to seek and obtain employment.

Ministry Opportunites Include:

  • Job Lead Calls – Contacting NCM clients currently enrolled in Job Ministry and informing them of job leads, upcoming job fairs and other employment support services. These calls are generally made on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Hours are flexible.
  • Translation – Many of our clients are Spanish-speaking only. Bilingual volunteers are needed to contact these clients and determine their employment goals and needs. Hours are flexible.
  • Training - Resume building, job skills training, and interview skills training.
  • Office Work – Basic filing and computer work to track Job Ministry clients and progress. Tuesdays and Thursdays, flexible hours.

Norcross Cooperative Ministry - Small Groups

Norcross Cooperative Ministry also offers different bible study and spiritual growth curriculums in a Small Group setting. Currently, Crown Financial Classes are offered for the first eight weeks of each quarter, and small group Bible studies are offered once a week. These classes are designed to empower, equip, and transform NCM clients by providing biblically sound study material in a small group setting.

Ministry Opportunites Include:

  • Facilitating a Crown Class or Small Group* – Crown classes begin Thursday, January 17, at 6:30pm at Victory World Church in the V4 Building.
  • Crown Childcare - Provide childcare/children’s activities during Crown classes.
  • Facilitating a Small Group* – Small groups will be held on Thursday at 6:30pm at VWC in V4 Building.
  • Crown Class Membership Support
  • Prayer Team - Support NCM and all of its ministries and programs through prayer.
