Full Time Positions
Nursery Children’s Ministry Director - The Director is responsible for the development and implementation of the vision, strategy and tactical elements for lessons, activities, volunteer leadership and educational aspects of our nursery children’s room (birth to 24 months). Qualified applicants must have an understanding and background in early childhood education, possess a Pastoral heart and care for people. Having a vision for children’s ministry, managerial experience, strong leadership, interpersonal and development skills, ability to effectively communicate (oral and written), organization, initiative and team building are a must.
Elementary Ministry Administrative Assistant - This position will support the daily administrative functions of the Elementary Children’s Director and ministry by providing the skills for communication to visitors, database maintenance, scheduling events and meetings, and more. Qualified applicants should have administrative support background, understanding of Children’s Ministry, strong written and oral communication, initiative, organizational ability, schedule flexibility for weekend services and a heart for children.
Janitorial Supervisor - Responsibilities for the Janitorial Supervisor include working with cleaning contractors and staff to maintain both campuses in preparation of weekly services as well as office cleanliness. Qualified applicants must have at least 5 years of experience in Janitorial support: care and use of cleaning equipment, managerial leadership, initiative, communication, contracts/proposal acumen, flexibility, detailed oriented, organization as well as the ability to work independently. Candidates will have an understanding of every area of our facilities, the mission for cleanliness and be able to support other areas of Building Maintenance.
Technical Director (Hamilton Mill) - The Technical Director is required to have superior knowledge in church production, the ability to supervise volunteers and dedication to the development of a volunteer team. Must be able to multitask and meet concurrent, rigorous deadlines in fast-paced environment. Candidates must be able to program and operate Avid Profil, DiGiCo SD9 audio and Jands Vista lighting consoles. A Bachelors Degree in Theater, Communications, Electronics, Audio Production, Media Recording and/or equivalent experience is required. Applicants must supply a sample reel of work experience or an online portfolio to be considered for this position.
Senior Graphic Designer - (please include a link to your portfolio when contacting us about this position) The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for conceptualization and implementation of design solutions that meet marketing strategies. Creation of design solutions, from concept to completion, in a wide range of creative applications include: sermon series, brand identity, digital media, print materials, environmental as well as collaboration with the video team.
The Senior Designer plays a lead role on any given project and may also assist the Art Director by leading the work of one or more designers to create concepts, comps, layouts and final art. He/she presents visual solutions to the ministries we serve and helps communicate strategies behind design ideas and executions. He/she also assists the Project Manager to help keep projects on track. This isn't just about design, but about bringing creativity to the church experience and the message of Jesus.
Art Director – (please include a link to your portfolio when contacting us about this position) – The Art Director is the story-teller and strategist for visually communicating the mission and vision of Victory. This is very much a people-oriented position, involving development of high-level concepts for design projects. It also involves working with ministries, pitching designs, and understanding the needs of the church. You will excel at crafting design that is beautiful AND that says something. Leading other designers to do the same is also necessary, as we are building a team; a team that helps not only this church, but is also a resource and example to the global church of how to craft an amazing church experience.
You will quickly grasp ministry goals and initiate the integration of vision into design in order to collaborate with the team to produce creative environments, worship and sermon branding, web and print media marketing and ministry applications.
You will manage multiple projects within the realms of branding, print, web and social networking. You will play an integral part in the creative development process, including clear creative direction, storyboarding, giving timely and helpful coaching to improve creative work, and producing all work cost-effectively and on schedule.
Video Producer – (please submit video portfolio with resume) The Video Producer is involved in the creative collaboration of the experience team and responsible for producing video solutions to meet the promotional and communication needs of Victory World Church. This person will shoot, edit and produce both short and long videos, promos, interviews, and more. This role requires imaginative flair, awareness of current trends in visual arts, knowledge of the leading post-production software tool and understanding of cost, materials and time. Schedule will vary based on ministry needs and will include weekends at times.
Part Time Positions
HR Administrative Assistant - The Assistant will support the Director of Human Resources with daily administrative functions with regard to employee relations, policies, programs, and practices. Applicant must have strong written and oral communication abilities, be able to coordinate, manage and schedule interviews, trainings, meetings, staff events/appreciations and employee On-Boarding. Qualifications include: a care for people, initiative, dependability, confidentiality, integrity and trust, understanding of payroll/benefits administration, Social Media/Website functioning, organization and interpersonal skills. Candidates will have at least 5 years administrative/office experience
Special Needs & Event Childcare Coordinator - The Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of our weekly service for Special Needs families and Special Event Childcare. Candidates should possess a background in Special Needs Education, Children’s Ministry or similar experience. Qualifications for this position include general knowledge of Special Needs, compassion and understanding, strong leadership and interpersonal skills, organizational aptitude, database utilization, good oral and verbal communication and schedule flexibility for weekend/evening services.
Childcare Aide - provide childcare for nursery and preschool age children. Qualifications include having at least one year experience working with young children in a care setting and satisfactory childcare, children’s ministry environment and demonstrated ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds. Please note: all applicants must provide a satisfactory criminal and child abuse and neglect history checks as well as the ability to stand and sit on the floor for extended time periods and left up to 40 pounds.
Receptionist – as Victory's first point of representation the candidate should have previous experience handling front office duties, understand and know the ministries of Victory to connect guests appropriately, efficiently and with grace. You will operate a multi-line phone system, greet and assist visitors, process and distribute mail and prepare administrative and data entry items as well as maintain a neat and orderly reception area. Applicants must have a strong professional manner, oral and written communication aptitude, the gift of hospitality and the ability to remain calm and make good decisions in a fast paced environment.
