Full Time Positions
Production Arts Team – Norcross Location

Video Director/Engineer – responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of video direction/engineering and operational support for church wide events, Multi-Site Campuses, Broadcast/Stream, including: live event programming, video production for weekend services, online church, and streaming media. This position handles all aspects of video systems and equipment operation and training including the education of staff and volunteers. Candidates has acquired a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical disciplines and experience. To be considered for this position, applicants must supply a non returnable DVD or online sample reels.

Lighting and Stage Director – responsibilities include managing and coordinating all aspects of lighting and scenic production for services and events, both live and broadcast, in a way that connects with the vision of Victory World Church. A Bachelor's Degree in Theater, Communications, Media, Film/Video Production or equivalent experience is needed along with a non returnable DVD or online sample reels to be considered for this position. Please include examples of moving light programming in a musical setting.

Production Assistant – This is a creative, collaborative position, which requires superior knowledge in church production, the ability to supervise volunteers and dedication to the development of a volunteer team. This candidate will assist the Weekend and Special Events Pastor with weekly meetings and communications. Must be able to multitask and meet concurrent, rigorous deadlines in fast-paced environment. Requirements also include the ability to lead and direct a team, good communication and customer service skills and be able to lift 50 pounds.

Graphic Designer – (please include a link to your portfolio when contacting us about this position) The graphic designer is responsible for producing design solutions to meet the visual, branding and communication needs of Victory World Church.
You will work with the Art Director and Sr. Designer to design on advertising campaigns, sermon series, posters, environmental, ministry logos, digital media and websites.
Designer will also develop creative ideas and concepts, choosing the appropriate media and style to meet the objectives of the ministry. This isn't just about design, but about bringing creativity to the church experience and the message of Jesus.

Art Director (please include a link to your portfolio when contacting us about this position) – The Art Director is the story-teller and strategist for visually communicating the mission and vision of Victory. This is very much a people-oriented position, involving development of high-level concepts for design projects. It also involves working with ministries, pitching designs, and understanding the needs of the church. You will excel at crafting design that is beautiful AND that says something. Leading other designers to do the same is also necessary, as we are building a team; a team that helps not only this church, but is also a resource and example to the global church of how to craft an amazing church experience.
You will quickly grasp ministry goals and initiate the integration of vision into design in order to collaborate with the team to produce creative environments, worship and sermon branding, web and print media marketing and ministry applications.
You will manage multiple projects within the realms of branding, print, web and social networking. You will play an integral part in the creative development process, including clear creative direction, storyboarding, giving timely and helpful coaching to improve creative work, and producing all work cost-effectively and on schedule.

Video Producer – (please submit video portfolio with resume) The Video Producer is involved in the creative collaboration of the experience team and responsible for producing video solutions to meet the promotional and communication needs of Victory World Church. This person will shoot, edit and produce both short and long videos, promos, interviews, and more. This role requires imaginative flair, awareness of current trends in visual arts, knowledge of the leading post-production software tool and understanding of cost, materials and time. Schedule will vary based on ministry needs and will include weekends at times.
Children's Ministry – Norcross Location

Producer – (please submit video portfolio with resume) Designing, developing, and maintaining the audio/visual and online needs and programs by delivering accurate, high–quality products within a specified timeframe. Producer will be responsible for filming, producing, and editing videos for weekly lessons, worship experiences, announcements, and other Elementary Children's Ministry events. Applicant will be able to maintain the Media & Social Networking aspect of Children's ministry as well as lead and train volunteers.
Part Time Positions

Maintenance/Janitorial Team - entry level positions available in a highly motivated, fast paced environment which requires you to think on your feet and outside the box. Must be able to lift at least 25lbs, be available weekends and evenings, and have a servants heart. Trade skills appreciated but not required. Training available for qualified applicants.
