Pastors Dennis & Colleen Rouse pioneered Victory World Church in 1990 after receiving an unmistakable word from God to start a church that would bridge the gaps between the different cultures and ethnic groups in the Metro Atlanta area. From the very beginning, their dream has been to develop a church that would impact the world. Today, that dream is a reality, and Victory is a thriving multicultural congregation committed to cultural reconciliation, building families, transforming community, and impacting the world. More than 6,000 people from 100+ nations attend Victory each weekend, where Pastors Dennis & Colleen minister on a regular basis. Both Pastor Dennis & Pastor Colleen are graduates of Rhema Bible Training Center and have served as the Senior Pastors of Victory since 1990. The Rouses' top priority is to remain committed to the Lord. They are also committed to their college-aged daughter, Lauren, and have been happily married for nearly 25 years.

Our family became members at Victory in 2001. From 2001-2008, I have had leadership responsibilities in our Media, VGroup, and Men’s Ministry. In October 2008, I began serving as the Executive Pastor of Ministries and am responsible for the daily oversight of our youth, adult, and family ministries. I have the awesome privilege of working with Darrell Mims and Dave Nowak on our Executive Pastor Team, and I am also honored to serve a group of incredibly gifted and passionate Pastors whose heart is to make disciples of all nations and generations. My personal passion is teaching and helping others discover and fulfill their God-given purpose. Words cannot describe how rewarding it is to see a life transformed by the grace and love of Jesus!

My wife Tanya and I have been members of Victory since 1994 and have seen God’s presence transform the lives of thousands throughout the years. Our senior pastor’s vision for the church has impacted people all over the world. We are excited to be part of a ministry that saves, heals and disciple’s people. I work with a fantastic executive team comprised of Dave Nowak and Olin Holly. We lead a dedicated staff that is called to support the vision of Victory. I personally have an opportunity to steward the finances of Victory World Church and its satellite location plus providing financial stewardship guidance to our congregation. I enjoy teaching and counseling people to use biblical principles in managing their personal finances and businesses. I lead a team of leaders who teach Crown Ministries, Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University and How to Grow a Business. I truly believe that if we do our part, according to the Word, God is faithful and He will do His part to provide for each of us.

My wife and I started attending Victory's church services in the spring of 1991. We knew right away that this was our "home" and the search for a church was over. I have had the honor of serving as Church Administrator from 1993 until the summer of 2008, when I assumed the new role of Executive Pastor over Church Operations. Working along side two of my best friends, Darrell Mims and Olin Holly we get to oversee the multiple properties, buildings, and ministries that makeup this incredible church. Coordinating Victory's weekly services and special events are responsibilities that I am very passionate about. I have the privilege of working with an incredible team of leaders and volunteers on a mission to impact the lives of those we serve. To me, they are the real heroes. At over a thousand strong and sold out to demonstrating the love of God by serving others, they are directly responsible for creating a loving and caring atmosphere where people's lives are changed. While it is a great responsibility to coordinate the operations of this ministry, it is definitely all worthwhile when I see people commit their lives to Jesus, marriages being restored, families being reconciled and individual lives transformed. V•Groups are a place for people to get connected, stay connected and grow in their life with Jesus. I have been privileged to be part of the small group ministry for several years and have recently stepped into the role as V•Groups Pastor. V•Group community is a way of life. When you build relationships with other believers, you have a common bond that is strong and not easily broken. V•Groups are a non-threatening, fun environment that accepts people as they are and provides a path for discipleship in Christ. Our V•Groups ministry covers a wide range of groups with different passions. Men, women, teens, pre-school age moms, marriage, finance and interest groups meet weekly all over Atlanta and there is probably one near you!

Metro Atlanta Master's Commission is a nine-month intense discipleship program that is designed to take our students’ relationship with God to the next level while developing their godly character and maturity. Our students spend their time in prayer and biblical studies, while ministering and serving in the community and the local church. It is our desire to instill a passion deep inside of them to serve the Lord with an abandoned heart, laying down their personal desires for God’s desire and plan for their life. Our hearts cry is to know God…and to make Him known.

I have the distinct honor of working with all the ministries at Victory, planning and executing special events. I have a passion for the intricacies of event planning, but even more importantly, I desire to glorify God through the gifts He has given me. The aim of this department is to bring excellence, organization, and synergy to this vital part of Victory.

I have the privilege of seeing that the people at Victory who are in crisis or have critical needs in their lives receive the ministry that they need. I am also responsible for overseeing the ''Mercy Team'' outreach teams that touch hurting people in our community who are in nursing homes, hospitals or struggling with special needs. My passion is to see God's people allow Him to bring them into rest, peace and freedom from sin and strongholds so that they can hear and follow Him into the fulfillment of their calling and destiny!

I have the privilege of leading some of God's most humble servants and volunteers in the Pit Crew, which is Victory's set up and maintenance team. I have a passion to help propel the Kingdom of God forward, doing whatever is necessary so that God will receive glory. I pass this vision on to the leaders and volunteers that I oversee in this ministry. Our hearts are committed to providing the opportunity for you to come and worship God intimately and without distraction. I also have the honor of directing and overseeing building operations, maintenance, landscaping and cleaning services so that Victory maintains a level of integrity that is pleasing to God. My ultimate desire is to honor God by being a good steward over all that He has put in my care and blessed me with.

I have the honor of communicating the vision of Victory and ministering God's Word through design and media. I lead a team of highly creative individuals who touch all areas of video production, photography, graphic design and web development. As a team, we focus on creating an atmosphere of excellence through media and are committed to helping individuals connect both with our church and in relationship with God.
