Here at Victory, we have created the opportunity for everyone to connect with an authentic community by getting involved in a healthy V•GROUP. In order for us to offer this opportunity to as many people as possible, we need leaders who are willing to invest their time to help others in their community.Being a V•Group leader is very rewarding – you get to develop new relationships and see people grow closer to Jesus.

As a future V•Group leader, it is important to understand the responsibilities and expectations. Please review the Qualifications, Position Description and Expectations of a V•GROUP Leader.

If you meet the leadership qualifications and agree with Victory's values, please complete a New Leader Application and a Background Inquiry Release. Also, please have your current V•Group leader, coach, or ministry department head complete a Personal Recommendation. Applications may be dropped off at Guest Services during weekend services or mailed to:
