About Victory

Victory World Church is a thriving multi-cultural organization committed to cultural reconciliation, building families, transforming community, and impacting the world. Victory was founded in 1990 upon the vision of Acts 1:8: "But you shall receive power after the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to me in Jerusalem, and in all of Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth." Today, Victory's main campus in Norcross welcomes more than 6,000 people from over 100 nations each weekend, and has expanded to include new church plants such as Victory North in Kennesaw, GA, and Fusion Church in Orlando, FL.  View more >>

Victory's History & Vision

Victory World Church is a non-denominational church preaching the full gospel of God's Word. Our goal is to represent the love of God in such a way that people identify with Jesus instead of a particular denomination or doctrine. While we believe in teaching the uncompromised Word of God, the character of Victory hinges on two basic principles found in Mark 12:30-31: "and you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength" and "you shall love your neighbor as yourself."

Victory was founded in 1990 with a vision based on Acts 1:8, "But you shall receive power after the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to me in Jerusalem, and in all of Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth." From this scripture, the Lord showed us four areas on which to focus: Building Family, Transforming Community, Reconciling Cultures, and Impacting Nations.

Our Senior Pastors

Pastors Dennis & Colleen
Pastors Dennis & Colleen Rouse pioneered Victory World Church in 1990 after receiving an unmistakable word from God to start a church that would bridge the gaps between the different cultures and ethnic groups in the Metro Atlanta area. From the very beginning, their dream has been to develop a church that would impact the world. Today, that dream is a reality, and Victory is a thriving multicultural congregation committed to cultural reconciliation, building families, transforming community, and impacting the world. More than 6,000 people from 100+ nations attend Victory each weekend, where Pastors Dennis & Colleen minister on a regular basis.

Both Pastor Dennis & Pastor Colleen are graduates of Rhema Bible Training Center, and have served as the Senior Pastors of Victory since 1990. The Rouses' top priority is to remain committed to the Lord. They are also committed to their college-aged daughter, Lauren, and have been happily married for nearly 25 years.
