Our Vision

Victory was founded in 1990, with a vision based on Acts 1:8, "But you shall receive power after the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to me in Jerusalem, and in all of Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth." From this scripture, the Lord showed us four areas of focus: Building Family, Transforming Community, Reconciling Cultures, and Impacting Nations.

Victory World Church is:

Church of All Nations (Reconciling Cultures) – A church that is “bridging the gap” between the races and cultures of the world. (II Corinthians 5:14-20; Ephesians 2:14-17; Acts 1:8; Acts 2:1-5)

A Church That Builds Family (Building Family) – Restoring God's purpose for the family through special training in the areas of marriage, parenting and the unique issues facing broken and blended families throughout our community, our city and the world.

A Church That Ministers to the Poor (Transforming Community) – Playing a part in rebuilding poor communities through inner city outreaches, bus ministry, city-reach trucks, job training and partnerships with other local churches to change the fabric of our communities and city through the grace and compassion of Jesus Christ.

A Church That Multiplies and Reaches the World (Impacting Nations) – Training leaders through Leadership Development and a Ministry training center, planting more than 100 global churches and missionary works. Continuing to give 20%+ of our annual budget to global missions, outreaches and the needy.

A Church That Touches Our Community Through Small Groups – Establishing small groups throughout the greater Atlanta area, discipling and developing people through relationship, teaching and community outreach opportunities.

A Church That Ministers to Children – Impacting children with creative ministry that touches every age group with a real Jesus.

A Church That Impacts Youth – Transforming our youth culture weekly through powerful encounters with God and ongoing outreaches.

A Church That Emphasizes Prayer – Centering around prayer through a 24-hour a day Prayer Center, Prayer School and ongoing Prayer Small Groups throughout the community.

A Church That Offers Restoration & Deliverance – Offering freedom from strongholds such as drugs, alcohol, sexual addictions, food disorders and more through "Ancient Paths" ministries and classes.

A Church That Provides a Cross-Cultural Christian School – Establishing an affordable school, blending the races with teachers and students, offering a solid Christian education.

A Church That Owns Our Buildings and Land Debt Free – Operating with the motto, "Simplicity, Sincerity and Sacrifice," praying for projects as we expand, maximizing our resources for more effective soul winning.
